Our musicians arrive at least 20 minutes before the performance with their own instruments, music and stands.
We kindly ask you to provide:
A performance area of approximately one square metre per musician
A nearby secure space for instrument cases and personal belongings
An armless, flat chair for each musician, unless standing has been arranged in advance
-
Outdoor ceremonies are absolutely possible. However, our instruments are delicate and sensitive to weather conditions, so protection from direct sunlight, rain and wind is essential.
If suitable cover — such as a marquee, reinforced umbrella or veranda — is not available, musicians may need to relocate or decide on the day whether it is safe to continue playing.

Our musicians wear elegant black attire chosen to suit the tone and style of your wedding.

To maintain a seamless atmosphere, breaks are kept as unobtrusive as possible. For bookings of three hours or more, a 30-minute meal break is required.
