  • We offer a range of professional ensembles to suit different styles and occasions, including solo instrumentalists, duos, trios, quartets, jazz groups and larger orchestral options.

  • Yes. Real Entertainment musicians have extensive experience performing alongside both New Zealand and international artists, in orchestral settings, touring productions and live concert environments.

    We are accustomed to working with musical directors, production teams and touring schedules, and can provide ensembles that integrate seamlessly into larger performance contexts.

    If you are planning an event that includes a guest artist or headline act, we are happy to discuss the musical requirements and collaborate accordingly.

  • Absolutely. Every event is different. We work closely with you to select ensembles, styles and music that reflect your vision and enhance the atmosphere.

  • Yes. If your chosen piece isn’t currently in our repertoire, we’re happy to arrange it for you. An arrangement fee may apply. You’re also welcome to explore our repertoire via our Playlist page.

  • Yes. Anna-Marie personally oversees event bookings and provides consultation to help you plan the music for your event. Our goal is to make the process feel clear, calm and enjoyable.

  • Yes. Whether you need background ambience, featured performances or transitions between segments, we can tailor a musical experience that fits your timeline.

  • Event bookings vary depending on ensemble size, performance duration and location. We’re happy to provide a personalised quote tailored to your plans — simply enquire and we’ll respond with options and availability.

  • Yes. We regularly collaborate with planners, venues and production teams across New Zealand to ensure smooth coordination and professional delivery on the day.

  • We split our time between Auckland and Waiheke Island, but regularly provide musicians for events nationwide. Travel arrangements are handled professionally and discussed during the planning process.

  • Our musicians arrive at least 30 minutes before the performance with their own instruments, music and stands. We ask you to provide:

    • A performance area appropriate for the ensemble

    • A nearby secure space for instrument cases and belongings

    • Armless, flat chairs where needed

  • We understand events don’t always run to schedule. Overtime may be available depending on musician availability and is charged at an agreed hourly rate. If needed, we can discuss options in advance or confirm arrangements on the day.

  • Breaks are kept as unobtrusive as possible. For bookings of three hours or more, a 30-minute meal break is required. Water is always appreciated.

  • Our musicians wear elegant black attire chosen to suit the style and tone of your event.

    For themed events, concert productions or brand-led occasions, we are happy to coordinate attire accordingly — whether that involves subtle styling details, colour accents or production-specific wardrobe requirements. We regularly collaborate with event organisers and production teams to ensure presentation aligns seamlessly with the overall vision.

  • Yes. Many events move guests through multiple spaces. We’re happy to accommodate this where logistics allow — just let us know in advance so we can plan timing and setup accordingly.
