A family legacy of musicianship

Real Entertainment was founded by cellist Sally-Anne Brown, a graduate of the Mozarteum Salzburg in Austria. Her career spans performance, mentorship and music curation and she is widely respected for her discerning approach to assembling professional ensembles.

Music has shaped this family for generations

What began as a desire to perform alongside friends has grown into more than 35 years of curating live music for weddings and events across New Zealand.

Today, Sally-Anne is joined by her daughters Anna-Marie and Jessica — both highly trained musicians continuing a generational commitment to artistic excellence and integrity.

    Anna-Marie

    Anna-Marie grew up immersed in the world of live performance, where event rehearsals and productions were a natural part of family life.

    Now leading the Events division of Real Entertainment, her professionalism, industry insight and meticulous attention to detail ensure each event is executed with precision and care.

    Jessica

    Jessica is a sought-after performer, regularly appearing with the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra and the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra.

    As Real Entertainment’s in-house arranger, she brings depth, musical sensitivity and technical expertise to custom arrangements and evolving repertoire.
